This is a fun fan site for collectors and admirers of Cloisonné Snoopy/Peanuts Jewelry made by the Aviva Company from 1968 - 1985. We have expanded the site to include additional Snoopy/Peanuts Cloisonné jewelry marked UFS, Quantasia, Taiwan, or without any maker's marks at all. As long as the items are made in the similar style as the Aviva ones. Occasionally we include a hand-painted or other style.
The inspiration for this site started many years ago, by the two of us (Cindy & Julie) who met while collecting Snoopy & Peanuts Aviva pins & charms. Soon we met other collectors and we talked about all the designs we knew to exist - in any form - charms, pins, earrings, pendants, tie tacks, tie bars, cuff links, key chains, stick pins, medallions, and more! There are designs so rare that we either do not have photos at all, or have only very poor quality ones at best since they are not part of our own personal collections. We hope to connect with other collectors who would like to contribute photos of designs not pictured here (check your collections!). We do this as a labor of love, so all collectors may be able to share and enjoy these fun and whimsical creations!
We are in no way affiliated with the Aviva Enterprises, Inc. company who created these jewelry items from 1968-1985, we are just big fans of their work. I did have the chance to contact the owners of the company a few years ago - just to see what information they may have about all the jewelry designs that were produced. The two men that founded the company (Don Fraser and Elliot Steinberg) were so very kind and even sent me a framed salesman's sample that showed the step-by-step process of how a Cloisonné pin is produced. They told me there was never a comprehensive list kept of all the designs that the company created - so this site is an attempt to catalog all those designs.
Aviva made many other non-jewelry items like ceramic eggs, trophies, luggage, and so much more. They also made non-Snoopy/Peanuts jewelry with other animals or objects. They had a nature-inspired series and also no doubt had custom requests for specific items from special interest groups, since a few of those have surfaced as pins, charms, or pendants.
We hope you enjoy this site as much as we enjoyed making it!
